Job Overview

Greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon completion of stay to meet our brands high standards or quality. The shifts for this position may be rotating however, the shifts will be a mixture of AM, PM shifts and possibly overnights and do require working holidays and weekends. Flexible schedule required. This position is part time due to occupancy.

Responsibilities for Front Desk Associates and Night Auditors

  • Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
  • Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments
  • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
  • Answer phones and place reservations
  • Ensure cleanliness of common areas
  • Setup coffee and breakfast area
  • Run Night Audit Reports
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Preferred OPERA experience
  • Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
  • Strong eye for details
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexible schedule preferred (Overnight, Evenings, Mornings)
  • Required(At least 1 day of the weekends, holidays)
