Do you enjoy working with the public and helping guests create amazing vacation memories? Then we want you to join our family!

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
  • Check guests in and out for their stays
  • Assist guests during their stay
  • Make reservations
  • Opening and closing procedures each day
  • Run guest occupancy and other reports to check for accuracy
  • Effectively communicate with each department

Skills

  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Detail oriented and great organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Able to work in a faced paced environment
  • Good customer service skills
  • Experience with office equipment (such as fax machines, computers and printers)
