Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
  • Handle all guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Assist guests with luggage, room requests, and other personalized services as a houseman
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, special requests, and incident reports
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy
  • Collaborate with hotel management to uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Uphold hotel policies related to guest safety, security, and confidentiality
  • Run and maintain shuttle to and from the Albuquerque Sunport, car rental, AM Track station.

Experience

  • Previous hotel management or front desk experience in a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
  • Experience in night audit procedures or guest relations roles will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services and phone etiquette, is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and enthusiasm
