Overview:
We are seeking applicants who are reliable and customer-oriented for our Front Desk team. 2nd Shift. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining hotel operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
– Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
– Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely completion of paperwork
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
– Assist with guest requests such as room changes, additional amenities, or special accommodations
– Operate the hotel phone system, answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
– Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring surveillance cameras, maintaining key control procedures, and following emergency procedures
– Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, lobby, and other public areas
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience in hotel management or customer service is preferred
– Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
– Familiarity with hotel phone systems and night audit procedures is a plus
– Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
– Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable
– Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
– Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle high call volumes
