Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Process reservations and cancellations through multi-line phone systems and online platforms.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
