- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve an international clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
- Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality setting is highly desirable.
