Responsibilities

- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems and online platforms.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
