Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a passion for hospitality. This position is primarily for first shift, with the occasional second shift when necessary.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with familiarity in using phone systems.
- Excellent guest relations skills to create positive experiences for all visitors.

- Knowledge of front desk operations within a hotel environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Fosse is preferred, but not a requirement
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
