Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and coordinate room assignments seamlessly.
- Answer incoming calls promptly while practicing excellent phone etiquette to assist callers with reservations or general information.
- Assist with night audit duties when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reports are completed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards and resolve any issues promptly.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat visits.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems is essential.
- Knowledge of guest relations best practices and hospitality standards to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities confidently when required, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
