Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout their stay
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservations and billing
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
  • Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction during their stay
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and facilities are in top condition
  • Uphold hotel policies, phone etiquette standards, and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise
