**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest service at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Duties:**

– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

– Check guests in and out efficiently

– Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services

– Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements

– Manage phone calls and reservations with excellent phone etiquette

– Process payments and maintain guest accounts

– Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly

– Perform night audit duties as needed

**Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred

– Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus

– Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest services

– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service

– Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous
