  • Provide outstanding guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest comfort throughout their stay
  • Handle guest relations with professionalism, including managing special requests and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, update records, and prepare reports for management
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using hotel management software
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk functions
