Our front desk agents are responsible for making sure that our customers get the best experience possible. A successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent service and will always aim for 100% guest satisfaction. The ideal front desk agent isn’t afraid of hard work and takes pride in doing all the little things to make sure guests are happy.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls.
Answer customer emails.
Answer customer faxes.
Answer customer letters.
Manage the front desk schedule.
Communicate with customers who are down with the sickness.
File and enter receipts into the computer.
Answer customer questions about stop-loss insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
