We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently

Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments

Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Process payments and maintain accurate guest billing records

Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely manner

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Complete daily reports and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Front desk or hotel experience is an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (Opera PMS, WebRezPro, or similar)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

Legally eligible to work in Canada

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
