Hotel Front Desk Agent
Location: Springhill Suites by Marriott
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be the face of our hotel. We’re looking for someone who is warm, professional, and ready to go above and beyond to make every guest feel right at home.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with enthusiasm and professionalism
Perform all check-in and check-out procedures
Manage online and phone reservations efficiently
Provide guests with accurate information about rooms, rates, and hotel amenities
Verify payment methods and process transactions securely
Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean, well-stocked, and ready
Upsell hotel services and amenities where appropriate
Keep the front desk and lobby areas clean and organized
Maintain and restock The Market
Accurately update guest records, bookings, and payments
What We’re Looking For
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Bilingual (a big plus!)
Strong multitasking and communication skills
A natural problem-solver with a positive attitude
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
Passion for delivering AWESOME guest service
