  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting with precision and organization
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a clean reception area
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or via phone or email

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred, especially in busy environments like medical or dental offices
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Personal assistant or receptionist experience in medical or dental offices enhances familiarity with specialized front desk duties
