What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests, visitors and customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Managing check-ins, enquiries and front desk support throughout the day
- Handling phone calls, emails and live chat messages efficiently
- Helping resolve customer concerns quickly and confidently
- Keeping records and appointment details organised and up to date
- Working closely with the wider team to create a smooth customer experience
- Representing the brand in a way that builds trust, loyalty and positive reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Positive attitude with the ability to stay calm in busy situations
- Someone reliable, organised and confident multitasking
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems and basic software
- Previous front desk, hospitality, retail or customer service experience is a bonus — but not required
- Must be legally authorised to work in the United States
