What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests, visitors and customers with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Managing check-ins, enquiries and front desk support throughout the day
  • Handling phone calls, emails and live chat messages efficiently
  • Helping resolve customer concerns quickly and confidently
  • Keeping records and appointment details organised and up to date
  • Working closely with the wider team to create a smooth customer experience
  • Representing the brand in a way that builds trust, loyalty and positive reviews

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
  • Positive attitude with the ability to stay calm in busy situations
  • Someone reliable, organised and confident multitasking
  • Comfortable using computers, booking systems and basic software
  • Previous front desk, hospitality, retail or customer service experience is a bonus — but not required
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the United States
