Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, verifying billing accuracy and preparing reports for management
  • Maintain guest relations by ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns with a positive attitude
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure clear communication with guests and staff at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, managing guest accounts, and documenting shift activities

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
