Position – Front Desk Agent/Night Audit

We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling options available.

Available Shifts

  • Part-Time Relief Night Audit: Friday & Saturday
  • Part-Time PM Shift: Wednesday & Thursday
  • Weekend and Holiday availability is required for all positions

These part-time schedules may also be combined to create a full-time position for the right candidate, if desired.

We are also open to hiring two separate part-time team members, which helps provide stronger coverage across both PM and Night Audit shifts while maintaining scheduling flexibility.

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail will create a memorable experience that keeps guests coming back. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations promptly
  • Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly
  • Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel management software
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and proactive solutions to enhance guest relations

Skills

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, preferably at the front desk or guest services
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately and efficiently
