Full job description

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
– Assist guests with reservations, room selection, and other requests
– Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or guest room
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
– Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
– Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
– Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
