What You’ll Do

Be the first and last impression for every guest, creating a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience
Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests with accuracy and efficiency
Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond expectations
Resolve guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset
Partner closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Help create a positive, energized front desk environment that reflects our service standards every day
Who You Are

Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience is required
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Friendly, outgoing, and naturally service-oriented
Strong communicator who stays calm, focused, and professional in fast-paced situations
Highly flexible with availability to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
A dependable team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional service
