Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage phone systems to answer calls promptly and provide accurate information regarding hotel services.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
  • Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
