The Best Western Valemount is a friendly, family‑owned hotel with a supportive workplace and room to grow. Valemount is nestled between the Rocky and the Columbia Mountains in the Robson Valley —a beautiful base for four‑season adventure and a great work‑life balance.

The Role

Mostly day shifts with some overnights. Provide warm guest service and complete accurate night audits.

What You’ll Do

• Check in/out, manage reservations & guest inquiries
• Concierge support; recommend & book local activities
• Process payments & maintain folios
• Balance daily accounts, run audit & prepare reports
• Ensure safety; light duties during quiet periods

What You Bring

• Guest service/hospitality experience an asset
• Strong communication & attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently at night
• Basic computer skills (training provided)
• Positive, professional team player
• Criminal Record Check required

Working Conditions

• On your feet 4–8 hours/shift
• Shift work incl. evenings, nights, weekends
• Fast‑paced at times
