Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with courtesy.
  • Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Assist guests with their needs, including room changes, local information, and special requests to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain clear communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns promptly.
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
