Duties

  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide support to other departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of office software applications.
