Hampton Inn Morristown TN is looking for a customer service oriented, professional individual. Evening and night shift positions only.

Looking for candidates with the following qualities:

• Flexible schedule
• Professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• At least 21 years of age.

Some responsibilities include:

• Professional and friendly interactions with guests
• Collecting payments
• Making reservations and answering phone calls
• Handling guest needs and requests
• Resolving guest complaints

Previous customer service experience a plus! Hotel experience a plus but not required. This job will start at 24-32 hours per week.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
