Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
• Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable).
• Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage.
• Strong phone etiquette and experience operating multi-line phone systems.
• Previous hotel or resort experience is beneficial for this role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
