Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay begins with a warm welcome and seamless service. Your enthusiasm, hospitality expertise, and multitasking skills will help create memorable experiences for every guest while maintaining smooth front desk operations. This is a part-time Night audit, could turn into fulltime.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately
  • Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and manage room assignments using hotel management software
  • Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
  • Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk procedures align with hospitality best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
  • Ability to handle night shifts or flexible hours as needed for 24/7 hotel operations
  • Previous experience in resort or hotel settings is a plus; familiarity with guest services and hospitality standards is essential
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
