  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and payments while adhering to hotel policies.
  • Support night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and guest relations to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred.
