- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns swiftly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling reservations and billing
