Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. The paticular hours for this position are from 3p-11p. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Whether managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, or coordinating with other hotel departments, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest services in a fast-paced resort environment.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services using hotel management software
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and Bilingual communication skills when necessary
  • Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, addressing concerns related to accommodations, amenities, or local attractions
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring confidentiality and data security
  • Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience while upselling where appropriate

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
  • Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in HTL KEY is a plus
