## Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
## Schedule
A set schedule will be in place. We would need someone to work 2 overnight shifts (11pm to 7am) and some 3-11pm. Weekends and holidays are required.
## Responsibilities
– Greet guests and efficiently process check-in and check-out
– Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services
– Assist guests with reservations, both over the phone and in person
– Manage phone systems, transfer calls, and take messages as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
## Skills
– Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
– Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
– Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual)
– Familiarity with hotel management systems and processes
– Experience in the hospitality industry or resort setting preferred
