Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Assist with administrative support tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer service efforts
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette
- Support office management activities including organization of files and records
Experience
- Prior office management or clerical experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer service interactions professionally
