Duties
Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision using our computerized booking system.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
Perform data entry tasks related to guest information and billing accurately.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer support or as a personal assistant is beneficial.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling calls professionally.
Familiarity with clerical duties and office management practices.
Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications.
Experience as a dental receptionist or similar roles can be advantageous but not required.
