WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Front Cashier, you’ll be responsible for guest check-ins, ticketing, and creating a friendly, efficient entry experience. You’ll also be cross-trained as a Greeter, ensuring guests are not only processed quickly, but also welcomed warmly, guided confidently, and sent off with a great final impression.

  • Prepare guests for entry with proper wristbands, footwear, and directions.
  • Direct guests to attractions and answer questions using Launch-approved language.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front desk and entry area.
  • Monitor entry supplies like waivers, flyers, and wristbands and restock as needed.
  • Keep your cash drawer accurate and follow all register procedures.
  • Handle guest comments and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Take clear, detailed messages for management when needed.
  • End interactions with “Have an awesome time!” or similar guest-focused sendoffs.
  • Sanitize kiosks, counters, and bathrooms regularly throughout your shift.
