Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented *House Manager & Accountant* to oversee household planning, weekly budgeting, and expense management.
The role focuses on planning the family’s weekly household requirements, preparing financial analyses of expected expenses, organizing purchases, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet with the family once a week to review household requirements.
* Prepare a weekly plan for groceries, supplies, and other household needs.
* Develop a weekly expense forecast and budget.
* Track actual household expenses and compare them against the planned budget.
* Maintain organized financial records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
* Identify opportunities to optimize household spending and improve cost efficiency.
* Coordinate and follow up on household-related purchases and requirements.
* Provide weekly financial summaries and recommendations.
Requirements:
* Must hold a certificate, diploma, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (required).
* Strong organizational and planning abilities.
* Good numerical and analytical skills.
* Previous experience in accounting, administration, office management, or household management is preferred.
* Trustworthy, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
Work Schedule:
* Freelance position.
* One visit per week (approximately 4–6 hours, depending on requirements).
