Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, and count materials efficiently and safely, while ensuring adherence to company policies and UAE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products in warehouses or loading docks.
• Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures related to material handling and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by properly scanning and recording materials movement.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse storage areas to ensure cleanliness and accessibility.
• Handle fragile or hazardous materials with appropriate care and attention.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure materials and products are placed in the correct locations according to company standards.
• Comply with all UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid UAE Forklift Operator License (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a forklift operator (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and material-handling procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of English (reading and speaking) preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime when required.
