We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Food & Beverage Director to lead our hotel’s culinary and hospitality operations. Duties
- Lead and supervise all food and beverage departments, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of service
- Develop and implement innovative menus, promotions, and service protocols to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Manage daily operations by coordinating staff schedules, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other hotel departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and human resources to deliver cohesive guest services
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, revenue management, cost control, and profit analysis to meet or exceed financial targets
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment focused on exceptional customer service
- Maintain guest relations by addressing feedback promptly and ensuring all guests enjoy a memorable dining experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on food & beverage operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong supervisory skills with previous experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Knowledge of revenue management strategies to optimize profitability across outlets
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and human resources practices
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence
