Duties

• Handle food portions, plating, and presentation for different dining settings including fine dining and casual environments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
• Support dietary accommodations by understanding specific dietary needs and assisting with meal modifications when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food services during busy periods

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service roles such as fast food, restaurant work, catering, or banquet setup.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in the food industry
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous dietary aide or food preparation experience will be considered an asset
