Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a food service team leader. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards and working with other team members. This is a working position.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise food service staff, including training, coaching, working with staff members
  • Working in any position needed. Cashier, expeditor etc.
  • Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and communicating when more is needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
  • Attention to detail and ability to oversee Other employees while you work.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Support catering, banquet, or special event services as needed

Experience

  • Proven experience in food service leader
  • Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Prior experience in training & development of staff members is highly desirable
