Job Summary

The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and efficiently while ensuring presentation and service standards are maintained. This role acts as a key link between the kitchen and Front of House teams to support a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests.
• Ensure food presentation meets company standards before serving.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams regarding orders and guest requests.
• Assist Servers and Server Assistants during busy service periods.
• Verify order accuracy before delivering food to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and work areas.
• Support opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage operations.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,700.00 per month
