Responsibilities

• Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, maintaining presentation quality and temperature standards.
• Clear and reset tables swiftly to prepare for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing prompt support during busy service periods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary needs of guests.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling dishes or garnishing plates under supervision.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately when required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with serving, bussing, or food handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during shifts in a lively restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Experience with kitchen operations or culinary environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial for understanding guest services at a high level.
