• Facilitate food service from BOH to FOH
• Respond appropriately to guests’ requests or issues by effectively communicating to captains and management
• Makes sure all the necessary garnishes and food needed is in place for the kitchen staff
• Always thrives to ensure guests satisfaction by coordinating with the captain and back server before and after delivering food to the tables
• Superior communication skills (both written and spoken) and a strong sense of urgency
• Works closely with the chef’s and BOH staff
• Assist the kitchen in daily preparation for service
• Polishes glassware and silverware in a timely matter
• Abides by the opening and closing checklist every day
