Laborer – Hudson, NY

Pay:$19/hour

Schedule:7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Type:Temporary (typically a few months; may become temp-to-hire for the right person)

Open to Spanish Speaking candidates

Position Overview

General manufacturing labor role in a food production environment. Open to individuals participating in a work release program.

Dress Code / PPE Requirements

• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes (waterproof or water-resistant required)
• Hair net and beard net required
• Respirator and eye protection provided if needed

Not Permitted on the Production Floor

• Food
• Cell phones
• Gum
• Jewelry of any kind
• Sequins or glitter (including glitter makeup)
• Nail polish, acrylic nails, or gel nails

Products / Potential Odors

• Beans
• Sauerkraut
• Kimchee
• Sriracha
• Pickled red onions

Job Duties

• Cutting ingredients
• Mixing
• Hand-packing finished products
• Cleaning duties, including washing dishes and sanitizing all production surfaces- Equipment is on wheels for easier cleaning
