Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across casual dining, fine dining, catering, and bar services. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and manage inventory control to deliver high-quality food and beverage offerings. Duties
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets including restaurants, bars, catering, and banquet services
- Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels through regular stock checks, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Assist in shift management by scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth service flow
- Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a motivated and skilled team
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hospitality standards across all service areas
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu planning to optimize profitability
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and culinary techniques
- Experience in managing inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively
- Previous hospitality management experience in casual dining, fine dining, or hotel settings preferred
- Excellent communication skills for team management, interviewing candidates, and customer interactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of bar operations including barista or coffee experience is a plus
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service within a fast-paced environment
