Food & Beverage Supervisor – Full Time

Schedule: Flexible schedule; mixture of AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the F&B department, including staff leadership, inventory management, operational support, and ensuring brand standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on role that includes covering shifts —including cooking—while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, and support F&B team members to ensure excellent service and a strong team culture.
  • Oversee daily food & beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Complete weekly inventory counts, maintain stock levels, and place orders as required.
  • Work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Cover shifts as needed, including preparing and cooking menu items.
  • Maximize sales through suggestive selling, menu knowledge, and maintaining a premium appearance of the F&B area.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to EVEN Hotel brand standards, including wellness and service excellence.
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety protocols, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality supervision preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic cooking experience and food safety knowledge.
  • Flexible schedule and reliable attendance.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality guest service.
