The Role
As the F&B Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, consistent quality, and strong financial performance. You’ll lead a motivated team, support a thriving dining experience, and champion a culture of hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead financial and operational planning, including annual budgets
Monitor performance through guest feedback and financial reports
Maintain product and service quality through regular evaluations
Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue
Lead training, development, and motivation of team members
Oversee preventative maintenance and protect outlet assets
Ensure safety, security, and compliance with labor regulations
Maintain effective communication across the department
Implement programs to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence
Perform other duties as needed to support the outlet
