Position: Food & Drink Runner – Immediate Hiring

A well-established Cuban restaurant in Miami is seeking Food & Drink Runners with energy, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills. The ideal candidate is quick, organized, and attentive, ensuring that food and beverages are delivered accurately and efficiently to every guest in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly
• Assist servers in maintaining smooth and timely service
• Clear tables and support bussers in cleaning and resetting stations
• Ensure all orders are accurate and presented neatly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Collaborate closely with servers, bussers, cooks, and hosts
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Maintain professionalism during busy service hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
