We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service‑driven Restaurant Servers to join our new fast‑casual restaurant in JVC. As part of a growing homegrown brand, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences while representing our commitment to high‑quality food and warm hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, efficient service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure all items meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Guide guests with menu knowledge and make recommendations when needed
• Manage takeaway and delivery orders as required
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations set by Dubai Municipality are followed
• Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues with professionalism
• Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience as a Server or Cashier in a restaurant, café, or fast‑casual setting
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive team spirit
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
