As a Food and Beverage Receiver, you will maintain a clean and safe work area, have top notch organizational skills, and have the ability to work well in a team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

  • Work in conjunction with Warehouse Operations department to requisition, check in, and store all food and non-food restaurant supplies.
  • Load products from pallets to carts/dollies and put away in appropriate storage areas.
  • Inspect each received item to ensure it meets our specifications, as well as quality and ServSafe standards.
  • Complete associated paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain log books and record temperatures, times, and weights of products and storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Clean coolers, freezers, and storage areas as assigned.
  • Work at other venues as assigned, based on business needs.
  • Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of receiving or culinary experience are preferred. Experience with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is preferred.
  • The ability to successfully achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days.
  • The ability to use basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers and fractions.
  • The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
  • The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
